Steps

  2. Activate
    Leech Bonder
    Leech Bonder     by paying ({U} magic symbol)   and untapping it, moving a -1/-1 counter from a creature you control to any other creature you control.
  3. Haptra triggers, creating a 1/1 Snake creature token.
  4. Repeat.
