    Leech Bonder     does not have summoning sickness.
  3. A creature has a counter on it.

Steps

  1. Activate
    Leech Bonder
    Leech Bonder     by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate
    Leech Bonder
    Leech Bonder     by paying ({U} magic symbol)   and untapping it, removing a counter from a creature, and putting two of that type of counter on another target creature.
  3. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite proliferate.
