Steps

  1. Activate any number of creatures by tapping them, adding at least ({2} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping it, casting a copy of Roar of the Kha without paying its mana cost.
  3. Resolve Roar of the Kha, untapping all creatures you control.
  4. Activate Tidewater Minion by tapping it, untapping Isochron Scepter.
  5. Repeat.
