Steps

  2. Koll and Deathrender trigger.
  3. Stack the triggers so that Koll's trigger resoves first.
  4. Koll returns Mogg Fanatic to your hand.
  5. Deathrender's trigger resolves, putting Mogg Fanatic from your hand onto the battlefield, and attaching Deathrender to it.
  6. Repeat.
