Steps

  2. Cast

    Ghostly Flicker     by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking
    Scholar of the Ages
    Scholar of the Ages     and the mana-producing permanent.
  3. When
    Scholar of the Ages
    Scholar of the Ages     enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning
    Ghostly Flicker
    Ghostly Flicker     and up to one other instant or sorcery to your hand from your graveyard.
  4. Repeat.
