Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Arcane Adaptation with "Lhurgoyf" chosen).

Steps

  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Avenging Angel.
  2. When Avenging Angel dies, it triggers, putting itself from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing you to mill cards equal to Avenging Angel's power, which will cause you to mill Avenging Angel.
  4. As Avenging Angel is a Lhurgoyf due to Arcane Adaptation, Disa's first ability triggers, returning Avenging Angel from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.
