Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Bloodline Necromancer, adding one mana of any color.
  2. Zulaport Cutthroat triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Junji, adding one mana of any color.
  4. Zulaport Cutthroat and Junji trigger.
  5. Resolve the Zulaport Cutthroat trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
  6. Resolve the Junji trigger, causing you to lose 2 life and to put Bloodline Necromancer from your graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
  7. Bloodline Necromancer enters the battlefield, causing you to return Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  8. Repeat.
