Steps

  1. Cast
    Snap
    Snap     by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , targeting any applicable target.
  2. Kitsa, Otterball Elite
    Kitsa    's prowess ability and
    Deekah, Fractal Theorist
    Deekah     trigger.
  3. Resolve the
    Kitsa, Otterball Elite
    Kitsa     trigger, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
  4. Holding priority, activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least ({2} magic symbol)  .
  5. Activate
    Kitsa, Otterball Elite
    Kitsa     by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping it, copying
    Snap
    Snap    , with the copy targeting any other creature.
  6. Deekah, Fractal Theorist
    Deekah     triggers, creating a 0/0 Fractal creature token and putting two +1/+1 counters on it.
  7. When the Fractal enters the battlefield,
    Intruder Alarm
    Intruder Alarm     triggers, untapping all creatures.
  8. Resolve the copy of
    Snap
    Snap    , returning the targeted creature from the battlefield to its owner's hand, and untapping up to two lands.
  9. Repeat from step 4.
