Steps

  1. Activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Snap by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Eternal Witness.
  4. When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Lotus Petal from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Resolve Snap, returning Cloud of Faeries from the battlefield to your hand, and untapping two lands you control.
  6. Activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  7. Cast Lotus Petal by paying ({0} magic symbol)  .
  8. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Eternal Witness.
  9. When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Snap from your graveyard to your hand.
  10. Activate Lotus Petal by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one mana of any color.
  11. Cast Cloud of Faeries by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  12. When Cloud of Faeries enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping two lands you control.
