Steps

  1. Activate
    Krosan Restorer
    Krosan Restorer     threshold ability with
    Necrotic Ooze
    Necrotic Ooze     to untap up to three lands.
  2. Activate Knacksaw Qlique with Nectrotic Ooze to untap it, and have target opponent remove the top card of their library from the game.
  3. Until end of turn you may play that card.
  4. Continue looping as long as needed, generating infinite mana among lands you control.
  5. From here, you could either cast every card from your opponent' libraries, or Move to your next turn and win from them decking out.

Results

  1. Exile opponents' libraries.
  2. Infinite colored mana.
