Steps

  1. Cast Stolen Identity by paying its mana cost, creating a token copy of Genesis Chamber.
  2. Cast Emry from the command zone by paying ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. When Emry enters the battlefield, it and both Genesis Chambers trigger.
  4. Resolve the Emry trigger, causing you to mill four cards.
  5. Resolve both Genesis Chamber triggers, creating two 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens.
  6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Emry, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  7. Choose to return Emry to the command zone from your graveyard.
  8. Repeat from step 2.
