Steps

  1. Activate Scorched Rusalka by paying ({R} magic symbol)   and sacrificing Jewel-Eyed Cobra.
  2. Jewel-Eyed Cobra and Luminous Broodmoth triggers.
  3. Resolve the Jewel-Eyed Cobra triggers, creating a treasure token.
  4. Resolve the Luminous Broodmoth triggers, returning Jewel-Eyed Cobra to the battlefield with a flying counter on it.
  5. Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
  6. Resolve the Sorched Rusalka trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target.
  7. Activate the treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  8. Activate Soul Diviner by tapping it, removing a flying counter from Jewel-Eyed Cobra.
  9. Repeat.
