Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Nether Traitor, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Nether Traitor dies, Gutter Grime triggers, putting a slime counter on it and creating a creature token.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature token, adding one mana of any color.
  4. When the creature token dies, Nether Traitor triggers, causing you to pay ({B} magic symbol)   to return Nether Traitor from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. This combo also puts infinite slime counters on Gutter Grime, allowing you to easily create additional infinitely large creature tokens.
