Initial Card State

  1. A non-Skeleton creature has died under your control this turn.

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Cult Conscript, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Cult Conscript dies, Gutter Grime triggers, putting a slime counter on it and creating an Ooze creature token.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Ooze, adding ({1} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate Cult Conscript by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  , return it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. This combo also puts infinite slime counters on Gutter Grime, allowing you to easily create additional infinitely large creature tokens.
