Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Bloodsoaked Champion, adding one black mana.
  2. When Bloodsoaked Champion dies, Gutter Grime triggers, putting a slime counter on it and creating an Ooze creature token.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Ooze, adding one generic mana.
  4. Activate Bloodsoaked Champion by paying one generic manaone black mana, return it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. This combo also puts infinite slime counters on Gutter Grime, allowing you to easily create additional infinitely large creature tokens.
