Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Easy Prerequisites

  1. Hell's Caretaker does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

  1. During your upkeep, activate Teardrop Kami by sacrificing it, targeting Hell's Caretaker.
  2. When Teardrop Kami dies, Gutter Grime triggers, putting a slime counter on it and creating a X/X Ooze creature token.
  3. Resolve the Teardrop Kami trigger, untapping Hell's Caretaker.
  4. Activate Hell's Caretaker by tapping it and sacrificing the Ooze, returning Teardrop Kami from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. This combo also puts infinite slime counters on Gutter Grime, allowing you to easily create additional infinitely large creature tokens.
