Steps

- Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least ({1} magic symbol) .
- Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping the mana producing permanent.
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying ({1} magic symbol) .
- Displacer Kitten triggers, blinkingTeferi.
- Repeat.
- You may tap additional mana-producing permanents in step 3, and untap them in step 4, to get a large amount of mana.
