Steps

  1. Cast Chromatic Sphere from your graveyard by paying one generic mana and discarding Dakmor Salvage.
  2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch triggers, adding one red mana and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. Activate Chromatic Sphere by paying one generic mana, tapping and sacrificing it, adding one generic mana and causing you to mill two cards and return Dakmor Salvage from your graveyard to your hand.
  4. Repeat.
