Steps

  1. Activate Lluwen by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({BG} magic symbol)  ({BG} magic symbol)  ({BG} magic symbol)  , tapping it and discarding Dakmor Salvage, creating a 1/1 Wurm creature token for each land card in your graveyard.
  2. Activate Phyrexian Altar five times by sacrificing five Wurms, adding ({2} magic symbol)  ({BG} magic symbol)  ({BG} magic symbol)  ({BG} magic symbol)  .
  3. When the Wurms die, Weatherlight Compleated and Lluwen trigger five times each.
  4. Resolve all Lluwen triggers, untapping it.
  5. Resolve the first Weatherlight Compleated trigger, instead choosing to mill two cards and return Dakmor Salvage from your graveyard to your hand.
  6. Resolve all remaining Weatherlight Compleated triggers, drawing that many cards.
  7. Repeat.
