Steps

  3. Man-o'-War enters the battlefield, triggering Intruder Alarm and Man-o'-War.
  4. Resolve the Intruder Alarm's trigger, untapping all creatures you control.
  5. Resolve the Man-o'-War's trigger, returning it to your hand.
  6. Repeat.
