Steps

  1. Cast a copy of Maestro's Gift by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  , targeting Inspired Skypainter.
  2. Maestro's Gift's storm ability triggers, copying it for each spell cast before it this turn. Choose to have each copy target Prismari.
  3. Resolve the first copy of Maestro's Gift targeting Prismari, creating a token copy of Prismari with haste.
  4. Repeat step 3 for each remaining copy of Maestro's Gift that targets Prismari.
  5. Resolve the final copy of Maestro's Gift, creating a token copy of Inspiried Skypainter with haste. It'll enter prepared due to its static effect.
  6. Cast a copy of Maestro's Gift by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  , targeting Inspired Skypainter.
  7. Maestro's Gift will have a storm ability for each Prismari you control, and each storm ability will trigger.
  8. Resolve the first storm trigger, copying Maestro's Gift for each spell cast before it this turn. Choose to have each copy target Prismari.
  9. Repeat step 3 for each copy created in step 8.
  10. Repeat steps 8 and 9 for each remaining storm trigger from step 7.
  11. Repeat from step 5 as mana allows.

Notes

  1. The listed mana cost is a suggested cost - you may use less mana, but you'll get less tokens. You can also compensate for less mana by having a higher storm count. It isn't required for each Maestro's Gift to copy Prismari, but doing so will net you more storm triggers the next iteration. On the last iteration, you can target whatever creature(s) you desire.
