Easy Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least one blue mana.
  2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding Shrieking Drake, untapping the permanent.
  3. Cast Shrieking Drake from your graveyard for its mayhem cost by paying one blue mana.
  4. When Shrieking Drake enters, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
