Initial Card State

Steps

  1. Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding Shrieking Drake, untapping the permanent.
  3. Cast Shrieking Drake from your graveyard for its mayhem cost by paying ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. When Shrieking Drake enters, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
