Steps

  1. Activate

  2. Cast

  3. When
    Cloud of Faeries
    Cloud of Faeries     enters the battlefield, it and

    Clement     trigger.
  4. Resolve the

    Clement     trigger, choosing to return

    Shrieking Drake     from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Resolve the

    Cloud of Faeries     trigger, untapping the two lands from step 1.
  6. Cast

  7. When

  8. Resolve the
