Initial Card State

  1.  Shrieking Drake in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Skirga Familiar by discarding Shrieking Drake, adding one black mana.
  2. Oskar triggers, causing you to pay one generic mana to cast Shrieking Drake from your graveyard.
