Initial Card State

  1.  Shrieking Drake in hand.

Steps

  1. Activate Skirga Familiar by discarding Shrieking Drake, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  2. Oskar triggers, causing you to pay ({1} magic symbol)   to cast Shrieking Drake from your graveyard.
  3. When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
  4. Repeat.
