Steps
- Activate Aerie Ouphes by sacrificing it, targeting any creature with flying.
- When Aerie Ouphes dies, its persist ability and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
- Resolve the Aerie Ouphes trigger, returning it to the battlefield from your graveyard with a -1/-1 counter on it.
- Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
- Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({BG} magic symbol) .
- Activate Quillspike by paying ({BG} magic symbol) and removing the -1/-1 counter from Aerie Ouphes, giving Quillspike +3/+3 until end of turn.
- Repeat.
