Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Puppeteer Clique does not have a -1/-1 counter on it.

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Puppeteer Clique, adding ({BG} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Puppeteer Clique dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it to the battlefield from your graveyard with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When Puppeteer Clique enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting target creature card from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
  4. Activate Quillspike by paying ({BG} magic symbol)   and removing the -1/-1 counter from Puppeteer Clique, giving Quillspike +3/+3 until end of turn.
  5. Repeat.
  6. You may also sacrifice the creature put under your control by Puppeteer Clique during each iteration to get infinite colored mana.

Results

  1. Infinite colored mana.
  2. Infinite death triggers.
  3. Infinite ETB.
  4. Infinite LTB.
  5. Infinitely large creature until end of turn.
  6. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
  7. Return all creature cards from each opponent's graveyard to the battlefield under your control.
