Steps

  1. Activate

    Puppeteer Clique    , adding ({BG} magic symbol)  .
  2. When
    Puppeteer Clique
    Puppeteer Clique     dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it to the battlefield from your graveyard with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When
    Puppeteer Clique
    Puppeteer Clique     enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting target creature card from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
  4. Activate
    Quillspike
    Quillspike     by paying ({BG} magic symbol)   and removing the -1/-1 counter from

    Puppeteer Clique    , giving
    Quillspike
    Quillspike     +3/+3 until end of turn.
  5. Repeat.
  6. You may also sacrifice the creature put under your control by
