Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Lesser Masticore does not have a -1/-1 counter on it.

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Lesser Masticore, adding ({BG} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Lesser Masticore dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it to the battlefield from your graveyard with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. Activate Quillspike by paying ({BG} magic symbol)   and removing the -1/-1 counter from Lesser Masticore, giving Quillspike +3/+3 until end of turn.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite death triggers.
  2. Infinite ETB.
  3. Infinite LTB.
  4. Infinitely large creature until end of turn.
  5. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
