- Resolve both Locus of Enlightenment abilities, putting a number of charge counters on it equal to twice the tapped creature's power.
- If needed, repeat from step 1 until Locus of Enlightenment has three or more charge counters on it.
- Activate Locus of Enlightenment using Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
- Repeat each turn.
