Steps

  2. Activate Havengul Lich by paying one generic mana, allowing you to cast the Zombie card from your graveyard this turn.
  3. Cast the Zombie from your graveyard by paying zero mana due to Rooftop Storm.
  4. Activate Grimgrin by sacrificing the Zombie, untapping Grimgrin and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Repeat.
