Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Xenograft with "Dwarf" chosen).

Easy Prerequisites

  1. You control an untapped creature that doesn't have summoning sickness.

Steps

  1. Tap a creature using any method.
  2. Magda triggers, as the creature is a Dwarf due to Xenograft, creating a Treasure token.
  3. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  4. Krenko triggers, causing you to pay ({R} magic symbol)   to create a 1/1 Goblin creature token and giving it haste until end of turn.
  5. Repeat, tapping the Goblin instead.

Notes

  1. The method used to tap creatures must be usable for all creatures you control for the loop to continue. You may use Krenko (or Magda if it doesn't have summoning sickness) to start the combo if they're untapped. Some methods may overt the summoning sickness requirement (like Earthcraft, for example).

Results

  1. Infinite ETB.
  2. Infinite tapped creature tokens.
