Initial Card State

  1.  Shrieking Drake in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Skirga Familiar by discarding Shrieking Drake, adding one black mana.
  2. Oskar and Bone Miser's first ability triggers.
  3. Resolve the Bone Miser trigger, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Zombie, adding one blue mana.
  5. Resolve the Oskar trigger, causing you to pay one blue mana to cast Shrieking Drake from your graveyard.
  6. When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
