Initial Card State

  1.  Shrieking Drake in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Skirga Familiar by discarding Shrieking Drake, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  2. Oskar and Bone Miser's first ability triggers.
  3. Resolve the Bone Miser trigger, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Zombie, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  5. Resolve the Oskar trigger, causing you to pay ({U} magic symbol)   to cast Shrieking Drake from your graveyard.
  6. When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
