Initial Card State

  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate the land's cycling ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and discarding it.
  2. When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol and Bone Miser's second ability trigger.
  3. Resolve Bone Miser's ability, adding ({B} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  .
  4. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying ({1} magic symbol)   to blink Timeless Witness.
  5. When Timeless Witness enters, it triggers, returning the cycled land from your graveyard to your hand.
  6. Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card.

Notes

  1. You can discard down to maximum hand size at end of turn to trigger Bone Miser's abilities many times.
