Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You have at least one card in hand.
  2. An opponent controls a targetable artifact, land or creature.

Mana Needed

  1. one generic mana available.

Steps

  1. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, targeting an artifact, land or creature an opponent controls.
  2. Marchesa and Bone Miser trigger.
  3. Resolve the Bone Miser trigger, either adding one black manaone black mana, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token, or causing you to draw a card.
  4. If you created a Zombie token and your mana pool is empty, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Zombie, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  5. If you drew a card and your mana pool is empty, activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, targeting any permanent you control, triggering Bone Miser.
  6. Repeat from step 3 until you have resolved all Bone Miser triggers and have at least one generic mana available.
  7. Resolve the Marchesa trigger from step 2, causing you to pay one generic mana to look at the top two cards of your library and put one into your hand and the other into your graveyard.
  8. Repeat.

Results

  1. Near-infinite looting.
  2. Near-infinite self-discard triggers.
