Initial Card State

  1.  Land with Cycling Cost that can be paid using one colored mana in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate the land's cycling ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and discarding it.
  2. When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol, Slogurk's first triggered ability, and Bone Miser's second ability trigger.
  3. Resolve Bone Miser's ability, adding ({B} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  .
  4. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying ({1} magic symbol)   to blink Slogurk.
  5. When Slogurk leaves the battlefield, it triggers, returning the cycled land and up to two additional land cards from your graveyard to your hand.
  6. Resolve Slogurk's ability from step 2, failing to put a counter on it since it left the battlefield.
  7. Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card.

Notes

  1. You can discard down to maximum hand size at end of turn to trigger Bone Miser's abilities many times.
