Steps

  1. Activate Aerie Ouphes by sacrificing it, targeting a creature with flying.
  2. When Aerie Ouphes dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When Aerie Ouphes enters the battlefield, Surrak and Goreclaw triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Aerie Ouphes and giving it haste until end of turn.
  4. Repeat.
