Initial Card State

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Woodfall Primus does not have a -1/-1 counter on it.

Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Woodfall Primus, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Woodfall Primus dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When Woodfall Primus enters the battlefield, it and Surrak and Goreclaw triggers.
  4. Resolve the Surrak and Goreclaw trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Woodfall Primus and giving it haste until end of turn.
  5. Holding priority, repeat from step 1.

Results

  1. Destroy any number of noncreature permanents.
  2. Infinite colorless mana.
  3. Infinite death triggers.
  4. Infinite ETB.
  5. Infinite LTB.
