Steps

  1. Cast Everquill Phoenix for its mutate cost by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  , mutating it over or under a non-Human creature you control.
  2. Everquill Phoenix triggers, creating a Feather artifact token.
  3. Cast Astral Dragon by paying ({6} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. When Astral Dragon enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating two copies of the Feather token that are 3/3 Dragon creatures.
  5. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing Astral Dragon, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  6. Activate a Feather by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and sacrificing it, returning Astral Dragon from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 4.
