Steps

  2. Astral Dragon enters the battlefield, targeting Machine God's Effigy.
  3. Use Machine God's Effigy's ability to have both tokens instead enter as noncreature artifact token copies of Astral Dragon with "({T} magic symbol)  : Add ({U} magic symbol)  ".
  4. Both Astral Dragon copies trigger.
  5. Repeat from step 2 any number of times, creating an additional Astral Dragon trigger on the stack each loop.
