Steps

  2. Activate

  3. Activate
    Devoted Druid
    Devoted Druid    's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping it.
  4. Repeat from step 2 two additional times.
  5. Activate

    Tayam     by paying ({3} magic symbol)   and removing three -1/-1 counters from

    Devoted Druid    , causing you to mill three cards and return a permanent with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  6. Repeat.
