Steps

  1. Activate Tayam by paying ({3} magic symbol)   and removing three counters from creatures you control.
  2. Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Cathodion.
  3. When Cathodion dies, it and Golgari Germination trigger.
  4. Resolve the Cathodion trigger, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  5. Resolve the Golgari Germination trigger, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token that enters the battlefield with a vigilance counter due to Tayam.
  6. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  7. Resolve the Tayam ability from step 1, causing you to mill three cards and return Cathodion from your graveyard to the battlefield with a vigilance counter on it.
  8. Repeat.
