Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Barrenton Medic has a vigilance counter on it.
  2. Barrenton Medic has no -1/-1 counters.

Steps

  1. Activate Barrenton Medic by tapping it, adding ({G} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Barrenton Medic by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping it.
  3. Repeat until Barrenton Medic has four counters on it.
  4. Activate Tayam by paying ({3} magic symbol)   and removing three -1/-1 counters from Barrenton Medic, causing you to mill three cards and return any permanent with mana value three or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Put all permanents with a mana value of 3 or less from your library and graveyard onto the battlefield.
  2. Infinite self-mill.
