Steps

  1. Activate Supply Runners by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking itself.
  2. When Supply Runners enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Supply Runners.
  4. Resolve the Supply Runners trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each other creature you control.
  5. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding one blue mana.
  6. Activate Workhorse by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding one colorless mana.
  7. Repeat.
