Steps

  1. Activate Supply Runners by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking itself.
  2. When Supply Runners enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Supply Runners.
  4. Resolve the Supply Runners trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each other creature you control.
  5. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  6. Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)   that can only be spent to activate abilities.
  7. Repeat.
