Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Mitotic Slime, adding ({G} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Mitotic Slime dies, it and Enduring Renewal triggers.
  3. Resolve the Mitotic Slime trigger, creating two 2/2 Ooze creature tokens.
