Steps

  1. Activate Liquimetal Coating by tapping it, turning an opponent's land into an artifact.
  2. The land becomes a 0/0 creature due to March of the Machines, and dies as a state-based action due to having zero or less toughness.
  3. Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping Liquimetal Coating.
  4. Repeat.
  5. You may also repeat this loop whenever a land enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.

Results

  1. Destroy all lands opponents control.
  2. Destroy all lands that enter the battlefield under an opponent's control.
  3. Mass Land Denial.
