Steps
- Activate Sakura-Tribe Scout by tapping it, putting Dimir Aqueduct onto the battlefield from your hand.
- When Dimir Aqueduct enters the battlefield, it and Amulet of Vigor trigger.
- Resolve the Amulet of Vigor trigger, untapping Dimir Aqueduct.
- Activate Dimir Aqueduct by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol) ({B} magic symbol) .
- Resolve the Dimir Aqueduct trigger from step 2, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
- Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying ({U} magic symbol) , untapping Sakura-Tribe Scout.
- Repeat.
